Agency expands leadership team and aligns organization for future growth

Wilson, a boutique agency focused on helping its clients win customers (, today announced the appointment of Robert Lehmann as Agency Partner. Lehmann will be responsible for the growth and direction of the creative product and leadership of the creative organization at Wilson. Lehmann will continue to report to Wilson’s founder and CEO, Dave Wilson and will be located in the agency’s flagship New York office.

Rob has proven himself as a creative powerhouse and visionary and has helped grow Wilson from its roots in direct marketing to an innovator in new ways to influence and acquire customers. It’s no secret that consumer time spent on video and visual images is growing exponentially and both direct and brand advertisers have shifted their focus to reach consumers in that space. Already, we are harnessing our data-driven marketing expertise and DRTV experience to help customers enter the addressable TV and social video marketing. Rob’s unique talent is key for delivering the creative products for these opportunities as well as expanding digital and brand advertising capabilities.

Lehmann has nearly 16 years of agency creative experience and has held the title of Creative Director at Wilson for nearly two years. Previously he served as Creative Director at Erwin Penland. Lehmann holds a Gold Addie (Verizon), a Webby Award (Verizon), and a Caples Award (Mercedes-Benz). Robert Lehmann received his B.S. in Advertising from Syracuse University. He lives in Madison, NJ with his wife Nicole and three children.
